The PICA Group is offering a hands-on trainee role in strata management in NSW. You will be supported from day one, learning how committees make decisions and how legislation is applied in real situations, while gradually taking on a portfolio.
You'll work with seasoned Strata Managers, learning to manage complex buildings and develop the confidence to handle a portfolio independently. A 50/50 hybrid work model and a solid training path are provided, with focus on growth and support.
