Key Requirements

Deliver exceptional, warm and professional service throughout the guest journey, from arrival through to farewell.
Provide efficient and accurate food and beverage service, ensuring orders are delivered correctly and in a timely manner.
Maintain strong knowledge of the menu, ingredients, allergens, dietary requirements and beverage offerings.




Support the smooth running of an allocated section, including table presentation, service stations and overall cleanliness.
Communicate clearly and effectively with the kitchen, bar and FOH team to ensure seamless service.
Assist with the coordination and timing of food and beverage courses to maintain a high standard of service.
Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly to requests, special occasions, dietary requirements and feedback.
Check food and beverage presentation and accuracy before serving, ensuring all items meet Spezia’s quality and presentation standards.
Assist with clearing, resetting and preparing tables, maintaining a clean, polished and welcoming dining environment.
Support opening and closing duties, service preparation and other operational requirements while contributing positively to a collaborative and high-performing team.
Current and valid NSW Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) Certificate.

Please note: Applicants must have full Australian working rights and be available to commence immediately. Casual, $33.85 per hour plus penalty rates, 35-40hrs per week.
