Senior Guidance Officers work closely with Principals, regional teams and multidisciplinary partners to strengthen guidance and counselling services and support student wellbeing, inclusion and engagement across the region.
Your opportunity:
Applicants to the Temporary Relieving Pool 2027 may be considered for opportunities arising from temporary vacancies, relieving arrangements and backfill requirements, subject to operational needs.
As a Senior Guidance Officer, you will: * coordinate and support the delivery of high-quality guidance and counselling services across schools. * provide clinical and technical supervision to Guidance Officers. * support complex student wellbeing and learning needs, including complex case management. * lead career development, induction and mentoring for Guidance Officers. * build effective partnerships with school leaders,



multidisciplinary teams and external agencies. * contribute to regional initiatives supporting student wellbeing, inclusion and engagement. Please refer to the attached role description for any mandatory requirements for this position.
