About the Role
As a Project Manager, you will lead the delivery of assigned civil infrastructure projects, including road and structures construction, maintenance, rehabilitation and preconstruction activities.
You will be responsible for managing project scope, timeframes, budgets, quality and safety outcomes while ensuring compliance with organisational procedures and standards.
Key responsibilities include: * Planning, coordinating and managing resources to successfully deliver infrastructure projects. * Managing project performance across scope, schedule, cost, quality and risk outcomes. * Building and maintaining effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders. * Leading, supervising and developing project team members to achieve operational objectives. * Contributing to estimating, tendering and bid management activities through expert advice on construction and maintenance practices. * Monitoring project budgets, measuring completed works and administering progress claims. About You
You will bring experience in project delivery, leadership and stakeholder engagement, together with knowledge of road construction and/or maintenance practices. Success in this role requires sound project management capability, strong communication skills and the ability to lead teams to achieve high-quality outcomes.
A Diploma in Project Management and accredited Frontline Management qualification are highly desirable, as is previous experience in the road construction or maintenance industry.
