What you'll do As the Senior Technology Officer, you will provide high-level technical support across Queensland Health sites, both in office and remotely, ensuring reliable and efficient ICT service delivery. You will configure, install, monitor, maintain and support complex ICT environments, investigate and resolve incidents to meet agreed service levels, and apply eHealth incident management processes to support enterprise operations. Working collaboratively with clients and stakeholders, you will deliver exceptional customer service through effective communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills. You will also develop and maintain technical support procedures within specialist domains and provide leadership and supervision to staff, ensuring high-quality ICT support services are delivered in accordance with established standards and procedures.
About you We are searching for someone who has: * Demonstrated technical expertise in the management, configuration, monitoring and implementation of ICT environments in one or more technical domains. * Proven experience in delivering high quality ICT support to clients, with an emphasis on managing workloads, prioritising tasks and working unsupervised. * Proven experience and ability to identify and resolve ICT related problems within defined Service Level Agreements. * Demonstrated ability to coordinate multiple tasks within agreed priorities, timeframes and accountabilities. * Demonstrated interpersonal skills and personal qualities that facilitate the development of good working relationships, including mentoring of junior staff, and enhance the provision of quality client service in a team environment. * Well-developed oral and written communication skills that enable the creation and/or maintenance of system documentation,
