Technical Service Engineer/ HVAC Tech Support – HVAC WA & NSW Full-Time | Permanent
We are looking for experienced HVAC Technicians to join a leading organisation as Technical Service Engineers across Western Australia and NSW.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong hands-on HVAC experience who is ready to transition into a more technical, support-focused role while continuing to utilise their industry knowledge and expertise.
You’ll become the go-to technical expert, supporting customers and service partners with troubleshooting, diagnostics, commissioning and technical advice across a range of advanced HVAC systems, including VRF and inverter technology.
The Role
Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing expert technical support for HVAC and air conditioning systems
- Supporting service partners with troubleshooting, diagnostics and technical queries via phone and email
- Assisting with spare parts selection and providing technical advice
- Participating in and supervising site visits and commissioning activities
- Supporting successful project delivery and system performance
- Managing and processing warranty claims
- Delivering technical product training to internal teams and external service partners
- Providing expert advice on VRF,
inverter technology and wider HVAC systems
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Certificate III in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning
- Current Refrigerant Handling Licence – mandatory
- Restricted Electrical Licence – mandatory
- Strong experience in HVAC service, repairs and diagnostics
- Proven fault-finding and technical troubleshooting skills
- Strong knowledge of VRF and inverter technology
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong problem-solving and time management abilities
- The ability to confidently support customers and technical service partners
