As a Spray Seal Foreman with our Rockhampton Asphalt team, you'll play a key role in leading crews and delivering spray seal projects safely, efficiently, and to a high standard across the Rockhampton region. This is a hands-on leadership prospect where you can use your technical expertise, support and develop your team, and contribute to major infrastructure projects. Your day will involve:

- Demonstrate the ability & knowledge of spray sealing applications.
- Promote team effectiveness to achieve positive project delivery outcomes.
- Follow Allens Asphalt HSEQ & Quality standards.
- Lead daily prestart meetings & toolbox talks.
- Maintain daily job site records.
- Work together with your team to continuously improve the work methods and processes to deliver quality and safe outcomes.





What are we looking for?

- Previous industry experience – Asphalt or Civil construction
- Technical knowledge and hands-on experience in Spray Sealing will be highly regarded
- A strong commitment to safety and the environment along with a superior customer focus
- Computer skills to utilize daily management systems
- An attitude and commitment that will fit a highly motivated team environment
- Driver License and white card essential
