- Respond to customer enquiries across Welcome Hospitality's portfolio of pubs
- Assist with venue, bistro, group booking, function and event enquiries
- Communicate with customers across phone, email and other enquiry channels
- Work closely with our venue teams to ensure enquiries and bookings are handled efficiently
- Provide friendly, knowledgeable and professional customer service
- Help create a positive customer experience from the first point of contact
- Support the wider team with general CX, bookings and administration
This is a full time position working five days per week on a rotating roster across seven days, so weekend availability is required.
The role is based at our Cumberland Street HQ in The Rocks and requires regular on-site attendance. Once fully trained and established in the role, there is some flexibility to work from home as part of the team's hybrid working arrangements.

- Has experience in hospitality, bookings, customer service or a similar environment
Previous pub or hospitality experience would be highly regarded, particularly if you understand venue, bistro and function bookings. More importantly, we're looking for someone with the right attitude, strong communication skills and a genuine focus on providing great customer service.
