We are looking for an experienced Senior Data Analyst for a leading IT consulting client in Sydney. Our client is a dynamic and growing consulting firm with a focus on delivering innovative digital solutions to leading banks, ASX-listed companies, and government agencies.

As a Senior Data Analyst, you will work closely with our clients, including leading banks, ASX-listed companies, and government agencies, to collect, analyze, and interpret large sets of data. Additionally, you will be responsible for leading internal initiatives to develop and improve our data analysis practice.

- Leaddata analysis projects for clients and provide data-driven solutions

- Workwith clients to identify areas for improvement and communicate datainsights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

- Leadinternal initiatives to develop and improve our data analysis practice

- Mentorand train junior data analysts

- Continuouslymonitor and evaluate the effectiveness of data analysis methods andtechniques

Requirements





- Bachelor'sdegree in statistics, mathematics, computer science, or a related field

- 7+years of experience in a data analyst role, with at least 2 years in alead or management role

- Strongunderstanding of statistical analysis and data visualization techniques

- Proficientin SQL and at least one programming language (Python, R, etc.)

- Experiencewith data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or QlikView

- Strongproblem-solving and analytical skills

- Excellentverbal and written communication skills
