M.J. Bale is looking for confident and enthusiastic Casual Retail Sales Assistants to join our teams across Brisbane.
n
We're an Australian menswear brand known for quality tailoring, natural fibres and exceptional service. We're also a certified B Corp and Official Tailor to the Australian Test cricket team, the Wallabies and the Socceroos.

About the role
n
You'll help customers find the right pieces, whether they're shopping for a recent suit, an upcoming event or an everyday wardrobe update.

Your day will include:

- Delivering friendly, personal service
n
- Helping customers with fit, styling and product selection
n
- Working towards individual and store sales targets
n
- Building relationships with new and returning customers
n
- Keeping the store well presented and stocked
n
- Supporting the team during busy trade periods
n
n
About you
n
You'll bring:

- Retail or customer service experience
n
- Confidence speaking with customers and making recommendations
n
- An interest in menswear, fashion and styling
n
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
n
- Strong presentation and attention to detail
n
- Flexibility to work weekends, late-night trade and peak periods
n
n
Menswear experience is an advantage, but it isn't essential. We're looking for people who enjoy working with customers, contribute to the team and take pride in what they do.
