About the role

You will lead installation crew across multiple live sites, owning delivery from load-out to final sign-off. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who has done the work, knows what a compliant, defect-free install looks like, and will not let a crew cut corners to save time. You report directly to the Operations Manager and are accountable for the quality, compliance, and professionalism of every install under your supervision.

Key responsibilities

- Lead and supervise installation crew across multiple sites
- Read and work from architectural drawings, shop drawings, and SWMS documentation
- Ensure every install complies with AS2047, AS1288, and site-specific requirements
- Coordinate site logistics, sequencing, and communication with builders and site supervisors
- Enforce CVD's quality standard on site, no shortcuts, no rework
- Mentor and develop installers and apprentices
- Report progress, risks, and issues directly to Operations

About you

- Minimum 5 years' experience installing aluminium windows and doors
- Demonstrated experience leading a crew, not just working in one
- Solid working knowledge of Australian Standards as they apply to installation
- Current driver's licence and own reliable transport
- Full set of own hand and power tools required for install work
