We are currently seeking an Integrated Possessions Planner to join the Logan Gold Coast Faster Rail (LGCFR) Project, a transformative rail infrastructure program that will redefine passenger rail travel between Brisbane and the Gold Coast.

Delivered by the ActivUs Alliance, this landmark project will expand the rail corridor from two to four tracks between Kuraby and Beenleigh, while delivering major station upgrades, enhanced signalling systems and improved network capacity for South East Queensland.

The Opportunity The Integrated Possessions Planner is responsible for coordinating, planning and managing rail corridor access, possessions, and work scheduling activities to support the secure and efficient delivery of the Logan Gold Coast Faster Rail Project.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate rail corridor access and possession requests required for project delivery.
- Develop, maintain and optimise integrated possession plans and work schedules.
- Facilitate the planning and prioritisation of possession opportunities to support project milestones.
- Monitor possession performance and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and resource utilisation.
- Support successful delivery of works through effective possession integration and planning.
- Produce reports, schedules, performance metrics and planning documentation.
- Utilise relevant planning and reporting systems to monitor possession programs and work delivery.
- Ensure possession planning activities support safe, efficient and effective project outcomes
- Develop and maintain effective working relationships with Queensland Rail and Alliance partners.
- Support positive stakeholder outcomes through effective communication,



negotiation and engagement

About You

- Demonstrated experience in rail possession planning, access coordination, rail operations, project planning or major infrastructure delivery.
- Strong understanding of rail corridor access requirements, possession planning processes and rail safety obligations.
- Experience coordinating multiple stakeholders within complex operational environments.
- Strong project planning, scheduling and resource coordination skills.
- Experience in risk management and operational planning
- Ability to analyse complex operational issues and develop practical solutions.
- High-level communication, facilitation and stakeholder engagement skills.
