- Build and maintain strong customer relationships via phone and email, addressing product, pricing, order, stock, delivery, and account queries.
- Assist with pick packing orders to ensure timely delivery
- Support branch operations and collaborate with team members to meet goals

About The Candidate

- Experience in customer service or sales would be preferred.
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Intermediate computer literacy with the ability to multitask and priorities workloads
- Mechanical aptitude, with knowledge of bearings and power transmission considered advantageous




- A proactive team player willing to support other areas as needed
