The Role

Due to an internal promotion, we are seeking an Investment Platform Support Analyst to join our Client Experience team. You will be the first point of contact for advisers and wealth managers using our Scope & Spectrum platform offerings. In the role, you’ll handle a diverse range of queries - balancing calls, live chats and email tickets within agreed SLAs.

Typical Support Involves

- Navigation support, assisting client utilise key features.
- Support with platform capabilities like tax reporting, CGT modelling, income projections and historical tax reporting.
- Investigating and analysing portfolio data, data feeds and external provider dependencies to resolve queries.
- Responding to client queries relating to our managed account solutions, as well as alternative and harder-to-access investments.

This Role Is Ideal For Someone Who

- Holds an RG146 or has a strong wealth management background.
- Understands investment concepts including trading activity, asset allocation, corporate actions and tax considerations.
- Is tech-savvy: comfortable navigating complex financial systems.
- Enjoys engaging with clients, troubleshooting and providing guidance on SaaS investment platform features and functionality.
- Has minimum of 2 years’ experience in platforms, investments, super or in a financial advice practice.

- Has previous Praemium platform experience (highly desirable).
