Role Description

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Developer to support the development, testing, deployment, and maintenance of software applications and digital solutions. You will work closely with developers, product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to translate business requirements into reliable and user-friendly technical solutions.

You will participate in designing and developing application features, writing clean and maintainable code, integrating APIs and third-party services, and troubleshooting technical issues. You will also assist with testing, debugging, performance improvements, and ongoing application maintenance to ensure software quality and reliability.

The role involves contributing to code reviews, technical documentation, version control, development standards, and continuous improvement initiatives. You will work with team members to understand requirements, identify potential technical challenges, and implement effective solutions in accordance with established development practices.

You will have opportunities to work with different technologies, frameworks, and development tools while continuously strengthening your technical and problem-solving skills. You will also be expected to stay curious about emerging technologies and contribute ideas that improve development efficiency, application performance, and overall product quality.

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science,



Software Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- Positive understanding of programming fundamentals, object-oriented programming, data structures, algorithms, and software development principles.
- Proficiency in at least one programming language such as Java, Python, JavaScript, TypeScript, C#, C++, or a similar language.
- Familiarity with web development technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, REST APIs, and modern frontend or backend frameworks.
- Basic understanding of databases, SQL, and relational database concepts.
- Familiarity with Git or other version control systems.
- Understanding of software testing, debugging, deployment, and application development lifecycle practices.
- Strong logical thinking, analytical skills, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to read and understand technical documentation and learn new programming languages, frameworks, and tools.
- Good communication and teamwork skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with technical and cross-functional teams.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to writing clean, reliable, secure, and maintainable code.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms, Docker, CI/CD pipelines, Agile methodologies, or DevOps practices is a plus.
- Proactive, curious, and adaptable mindset with a strong willingness to learn and continuously improve technical skills.
