This is an entry-level opportunity for someone looking to build a career in real estate sales. You don’t need previous real estate experience. What matters to us is your attitude, drive, professionalism and willingness to learn.

You’ll need to have either commenced the education requirements for your Agent’s Representative qualification or have already completed them, giving you the foundations to build a long-term career in real estate.

You’ll work alongside a senior sales team member, learning the sales process from the ground up and gaining practical, hands-on experience across all areas of residential sales.

What the role involves

- Learning and assisting across all stages of the sales process
- Making prospecting calls, completing letterbox drops and engaging with the local community
- Supporting marketing campaigns, appraisals and client paperwork
- Assisting with open homes during the week and on weekends
- Following up enquiries and maintaining accurate buyer information
- Attending appraisals, inspections and client meetings to learn the sales process
- Maintaining accurate CRM records and assisting with general sales administration
- Building your knowledge of the Bendigo property market and developing solid client relationships

Real estate sales isn’t always a 9–5 role. You'll work outside standard business hours, including weekends, and the role requires energy, organisation, and a willingness to get involved. In return,
