MHM are seeking an experienced Labour and Mobilisation Coordinator to join our team in Bibra Lake.

The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast paced environment, always having a finger on the pulse and being one step ahead.

About the Role:

- Be the first point of contact for MHM's remote team including tradespeople and operators
- Manage the Journey Management process for all staff movements
- Coordinate mobilisations and site clearance requirements across various mining sites
- Monitor and update prestart and vehicle maintenance registers
- Investigate workplace incidents and procedural breaches as required
- Maintain compliance of all employees to company policies and procedures
- Ongoing review of systems and processes to ensure maximum efficiency and continuous improvement
- Champion MHM's values and be willing to hold others accountable
- Ability to be adaptable with some weekend or outside of office hours work when required.
- Recruit and Retain MHM Labour resources

Essentials from You:

- A minimum of 2 years mobilisation experience within the mining sector




- Sound understanding of mobilisation systems and processes
- Sound understanding or recruitment and onboarding processes
- Well developed written and verbal communication skills
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Knowledge of FIFO onboarding and logistic requirements is essential
- Advanced computer literacy, particularly with the use of Microsoft Office Suite.
- Mobile equipment maintenance experience would also be an advantage.
