Higgins Lawyers is a growing and well-established law firm serving the Blue Mountains, Lithgow and surrounding regions. We are seeking a motivated lawyer with approximately 4-5 years post-admission experience to join our team.

This role is ideal for a lawyer who enjoys variety and is willing to build a broad practice across multiple areas of law. We are looking for a generalist who can provide practical, client-focused advice and develop robust relationships within the community.

About the Role

You will work across a diverse range of practice areas, including:

- Family Law
- Wills and Estates
- Probate and Estate Administration
- Conveyancing and Property Law
- Commercial and Business Matters
- Litigation and Dispute Resolution
- General Legal Advice

Experience and a genuine interest in Family Law are preferred, although applicants with strong general practice experience and a willingness to further develop in this area are encouraged to apply.

About You

The successful applicant will have:

- Approximately 4-5 years post-admission experience
- Experience working across a range of legal matters




- Strong communication and client relationship skills
- Excellent organisational and file management abilities
- A practical and commercially minded approach
- The ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- A current unrestricted practising certificate (or eligibility to obtain one)
