Perth Central Dental Centre is looking for a Lead Dentist to join its established 5-chair practice in the heart of Perth, located directly opposite Perth Train Station.

Working closely with the Practice Manager, you'll continue treating your own patients while mentoring and supporting other clinicians and contributing to clinical standards, team development and patient care.

What you'll be doing

As Lead Dentist, you'll have the opportunity to:

- Deliver high-quality general, restorative and cosmetic dentistry
- Lead, mentor and support other clinicians
- Help maintain strong clinical standards and best-practice patient care
- Contribute to team development and practice growth
- Work closely with the Practice Manager on clinical and practice initiatives
- Help foster a positive and collaborative team culture

About you We're looking for an AHPRA-registered dentist with strong clinical experience and an interest in clinical leadership.

You may already have previous leadership experience, or you may be an experienced dentist who is ready to take the next step.

The practice is supported by a team of more than 30 professionals and operates 7 days a week, providing comprehensive dental care across general, cosmetic, restorative and surgical dentistry.
