- Experience in LNA, capability assessment and learning strategy.
- SAP Enable Now experience.
- Develop eLearning, simulations, videos, QRGs and work instructions.
- Create learning pathways, training plans and facilitator guides.
- Support Train-the-Trainer, UAT, go-live and post-go-live activities.
- Experience in large-scale transformation and digital learning.
- Stakeholder, SME collaboration and communication skills.
- Clipchamp, WalkMe and ServiceNow/ESM experience preferred.
