Logistics Solutions ConsultantDeliver-ME | Sydney (Hybrid) | Logistics Technology

Expand. Fulfil. Deliver.Deliver-ME is the intelligent layer between our customers' sales channels, ERP and warehouse systems, and their freight carriers. We connect every channel, every warehouse and every carrier — automating fulfilment, cutting freight costs, and giving businesses real visibility over how their freight actually moves.

We're not a freight broker, and this isn't a generic software rollout role. We're looking for a Logistics Solutions Consultant who genuinely understands how freight works — road, courier, parcel, pallet and linehaul — and can sit with a customer's warehouse and transport team, work out what's actually happening (and what it's costing them), and turn that into a working solution on the Deliver-ME platform.

You'll own customers from onboarding through to ongoing performance — not hand them off once the platform is switched on.

What you'll do

- Sit with customers' warehouse, dispatch and customer service teams to map how orders actually move today — from order entry through rating, packing, carrier booking, labelling, manifesting and delivery — and where it breaks down.
- Translate what you find into practical Deliver-ME configuration: carrier activation and markup, routing and business rules, packing rules, service-level setup — and know when the right answer is a process change or an integration instead of a config change.
- Run new customers through discovery, configuration, testing and go-live — including proving carriers actually return a live quote and book correctly before handover, not after a customer finds out the hard way.
- Work with our development team on integration requirements across ERP (Pronto, SAP, NetSuite, MYOB), eCommerce (Shopify,

WooCommerce, Magento, BigCommerce) and warehouse systems.
- Own ongoing account performance: freight spend trends, DIFOT/OTIF, carrier performance, exceptions and claims, and where a customer is leaking margin to their own carrier accounts instead of getting the full benefit of the platform.
- Run regular customer reviews that go beyond "is the software working" to "is this customer actually getting better freight outcomes."
- Spot where automation, better reporting (we're building out Power BI-driven freight and carrier analytics) or AI-assisted processes can remove manual work — printing labels, manually checking tracking pages, reconciling freight invoices by hand — and make the case for it.
- As we expand internationally, including into the United States, help extend this same discovery-to-solution approach into new markets and carrier networks.

What we're looking forWe'd rather hire someone with real freight instinct who's sharp with process and comfortable with technology, than a generic SaaS implementation consultant who's never had to think about cubic weight, carrier allocation, re-deliveries or freight reconciliation. In order of how heavily we'll weight it:
1. Real road freight / courier knowledge. You understand carriers, service levels, pricing structures, linehaul vs final-mile, and why a "simple" delivery problem is rarely simple.
2.

Business and process analysis / solution design. You can walk a messy operation, ask the right questions, map current and future state, and design a workable solution — not just take a requirement at face value.
3. Customer-facing commercial maturity. You can sit across the table from a warehouse supervisor and a finance director in the same week, manage expectations, and be trusted to follow through.

Beyond that

- Comfortable with the concepts behind modern software — APIs, integrations, data flows, business rules, dashboards — without needing to be a developer.
- Genuine interest in where AI and automation can realistically improve a freight or customer service process (not just the buzzwords).
- Experience working with logistics KPIs — DIFOT/OTIF, freight spend, carrier performance, failed/late delivery rates.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong documentation habits — the kind of person who notices when a surcharge is quietly missing from a rate card.
- Strong personal ownership and follow-through on customer commitments.

Why Deliver-MEYou'll work across logistics, software, automation, data and AI rather than being boxed into one lane — configuring carriers one day, diagnosing a freight spend blowout the next, and helping shape how we bring AI into freight operations after that. As we grow domestically and expand internationally — including into the United States — there's real room for someone who does this well to take on more.

If you understand freight, ask "why" before "how do you want it configured," and want to help businesses actually get better at logistics rather than just go live on current software — we'd like to hear from you.
