Our Price Operations in South Australia are currently seeking a Maintenance Planner / Electrical Supervisor to join our dynamic Maintenance team. Price is situated on St. Vincent's Gulf approximately 140 kilometers Northwest of Adelaide. - Uniforms provided The Role The Maintenance Planner’s primary responsibility is to increase efficiency of trades, reduce equipment downtime through planning and scheduling of all PM, corrective and service activities.

This position is also responsible for providing support and guidance to Electrical contractors and CSL trades. Ensuring all electrical / Instrumentation work and equipment is carried out and maintained to comply with relevant Electrical regulations and Australian standards.

Reporting to the Maintenance Coordinator your duties will include:

•Maintain safe work practices in accordance with Occupational Health and Safety & Environmental Standards

•Actively participate in Safety & Environmental audits, investigations and other site initiatives

•Assist with developing Standard Operating Procedures and Work Instructions

•Review and maintain MEX system to support Asset & Work management processes.

•Support equipment availability targets within the area by establishing or reviewing maintenance schedules, work procedures, downtime, critical items list and spare part requirements in conjunction with the Mechanical and Electrical supervisors.

•Ensures technical information is clear for others, by ensuring equipment maintenance strategies (PM and COR days) are developed and maintained.

•Facilitates Maintenance Planning meetings with key stake holders from relevant departments.





•Manage time to meet agreed targets and develops the plans for specific jobs/projects in the immediate to long-term.

•Assist in Identifying key issues and patterns from available data, to identify problems.

•Assist Capital Project Team with input to scopes within area of expertise.

•Ensure Maintenance compliance with all Auditing bodies through management of MEX work order history and attached supporting documentation.

About You To be considered for the role you must have the following:

•A team player, trustworthy and has good work ethic

•Robust ongoing commitment to workplace health & safety.

•Experience in Maintenance planning within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

•Experience using computerised Maintenance Management Systems, MEX, SAP, JDE etc.

•Trade Qualified – A Class Electrical

•Experience with instrumentation such as flow, level and proximity sensors as well as knowledge of SCADA and PLC Programming would be highly regarded.

•Experience in conveyor systems, wash plants and pumps would be advantageous.
