About the Role!
Currently an opportunity exists for a Maintenance Supervisor to join the business in a new role as one of 2 Maintenance Supervisors.
Reporting to a Warranty Manager your responsibilities will include:
- Maintenance inspections on current homes through the 12 month warranty period
- Coordinate trades and subcontractors to complete works
- Coordinate bookings and completion of maintenance jobs
- Provide reports and inspection findings through to management
What we're looking for:
- Trade Qualification, Carpentry or Painting advantageous
- Experience in residential building
- Good understanding of Australian building standards
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- High level of time management and organisation skills
- Excellent attitude and work ethic
