We are seeking an experienced Manager Enterprise Change to join the Residential Tenancies Authority (RTA). This role will work closely with the Chief Operating Officer, Executive Leadership Team and key stakeholders to lead the RTA's enterprise change function.
This is a new role and function so you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the RTA's change journey. We are looking for a passionate and enthusiastic leader with deep change management experience at an enterprise level, with an emphasis on communication, collaboration and delivery.
This position is a permanent, full-time role and is located in the Brisbane CBD.
The role of the Manager Enterprise Change is to lead the development and implementation of best-practice change management and practical engagement advice that helps strategically plan and prioritise work across the organisation, manage dependencies, improve visibility and maintain momentum across multiple initiatives. The role will support leaders to deliver the RTA's strategic plan and operational initiatives and outcomes, and drive a high standard of change management delivery while ensuring strong and consistent enterprise-wide compliance, governance and reporting practices.
To Be Successful You Will Need
- A collaborative, people-focused approach with a track record of working closely with cross-functional teams to lead change management initiatives
- Demonstrated experience with enterprise change leadership, project management, resource planning and development and stakeholder engagement
- Strong stakeholder management experience across a broad range of stakeholders
- Have excellent planning and organising skills with demonstrated,
high level change management capability
- Experience and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies, and tools
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to clearly articulate messages to a variety of audiences
- Accreditation in Change Management (e.g. PROSCI Change Management Practitioner), Agile Methodologies and/or Project Management (e.g. PRINCE2 Project Management Practitioner) is highly regarded.
