- Gladstone based role working at the McCosker Head Office
- Monday to Friday casual arrangement for up to 6 months (potential for ongoing work)

This position will provide effective, efficient, and quality support to accounts payable processing and related processes. This will include:
- Weekly Vendor payment runs
- Manage the AP inbox and process vendor invoice headers
- Liaise and manage both AP internal and external stakeholder
- Maintain Vendor and AP data
- Assist in maintenance of AP forms and policies
- Other tasks include Petty cash and credit cards maintenance.
About You:
Qualification/Training in Business Administration
Minimum 2 years' experience in Accounts Payable or similar role
- Intermediate competency with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Positive attitude with the ability to work as part of a team
- Highly effective time management, workload prioritisation, and planning skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
