Key Responsibility:
You will be managing the stocks and inventory in accurate and timely manner in order the serve the clients better.
Responsibilities include:
- Ensure site inventory integrity by maintaining & executing consistent inventory management processes, ensuring all activities meet compliance and legislative requirements.
- Execute effective cyclical counts and bi-annual stocktakes,
- Planning and preparation of warehouse floor and inventory for counting, cycle counts to complete in accordance with schedule resolving any discrepancies
- Investigate physical and systematic inventory discrepancies in an accurate and timely manner
- Identify and investigate stock and invoicing issues, including processing errors, and ensure prompt and effective resolution
