Job Description

Sylvanvale is seeking a dedicated Site Manager to lead two 24/7 Supported Independent Living homes in Western Sydney. You will mentor a team of Disability Support Workers to deliver person-centred care and ensure high-quality supports for residents with complex needs.

The role requires NSW Driver Licence, First Aid, police check and NDIS Worker Screening; you'll drive continuous improvement while navigating regulatory frameworks and building solid stakeholder relationships.
