Gotcha Media is a Perth-based marketing and social media agency working across health, professional services, insurance, construction and B2B.

We’re growing and looking for a Marketing Coordinator who loves both the creative and organisational sides of marketing.

This is a hands-on, varied marketing role working across multiple client accounts. One day you might be building an EDM, the next planning a campaign, creating social content, working from a client’s office or heading onsite to capture live content at an event.

You’ll be involved in

- Creating, scheduling and managing social media content
- Writing copy and developing content ideas
- Building email campaigns and EDMs
- Coordinating campaigns from idea through to delivery
- Attending content shoots, client sites and events
- Capturing and editing short-form video, photography and live social content
- Supporting Meta and LinkedIn advertising
- Managing content calendars, approvals and deadlines
- Monitoring performance and preparing client reports
- Working directly with clients, designers, photographers and suppliers

a little about you..



You’re organised, creative and comfortable juggling different projects without needing your hand held through every step.

You’ll ideally have

- Experience in marketing, social media or communications
- Solid copywriting and communication skills
- A good eye for social-first content
- Experience with Canva, Meta, LinkedIn and Mailchimp
- Confidence capturing and editing short-form content
- Strong attention to detail
- The confidence to work directly with clients
- A proactive attitude and willingness to learn

Experience with paid social, email automation or agency life is a bonus.
