Marketing Manager | Working across two brands

Sydney CBD | Full-time in office

Our client is a fast-growing Australian food business that took a category most people write off as boring and built something genuinely exciting in it.

The role

You'll work across both brands, reporting to the Head of Growth, with genuine ownership across:

- Local area marketing – owning the strategy and execution across CBD buildings, building relationships with key decision-makers and driving grassroots activations, sampling, pop-ups and local partnerships against clear targets for new accounts and buildings activated.
- Campaigns & activations – leading the end-to-end delivery of seasonal and always-on campaigns, menu launches, events and brand activations across both brands.
- Content – overseeing content creation and capturing field content on the ground, while keeping social, EDM and in-office collateral consistent, engaging and always moving.
- Revenue & acquisition – managing paid and organic activity across Google, Meta and LinkedIn, tracking performance by channel and working closely with the wider team on CRO and revenue growth across both websites.




- Website & digital – owning day-to-day website optimisation and content updates, ensuring pricing, FAQs, category pages and product content are accurate, engaging and easy to shop.

About you

- 4–7 years' marketing experience, ideally across food, retail, FMCG, events or hospitality
- Proven experience owning campaigns and marketing activity from strategy through to execution
- Comfortable working across digital, content, brand and on-the-ground marketing
- Commercially minded, with an understanding of how marketing activity translates into revenue and growth
- A robust, clear writer who can shift tone between social, EDM and print
- Someone who genuinely enjoys talking to people - local area marketing means real conversations, not just a content calendar
- Confident with Canva or similar and comfortable working across Shopify or WooCommerce
- Happy working in a small, lean and fast-moving team, where you'll have plenty of ownership and the opportunity to make a real impact
