A little about the role
Reporting to the National Marketing Manager, the Marketing Specialist will guide the leadership teams in their assigned portfolio to deliver strategic and integrated marketing initiatives that support organisational priorities.
You will act as a trusted advisor, translating business objectives into effective marketing strategies and campaigns, with a strong focus on foster carer recruitment, brand awareness, and community engagement.
Some of the key responsibilities include:
- Collaborate with jurisdictional leadership to align marketing activity with operational priorities and growth targets
- Lead the planning, delivery, and optimisation of integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
- Oversee the development and execution of content across digital channels, including social media, website, eDMs, and newsletters, with a national voice and jurisdictionally driven as needed.
- Analyse performance metrics and provide actionable insights to improve engagement and conversion.
- Partner with regional teams to plan and deliver events and community engagement initiatives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders across the organisation (from recruitment coordinators to managers, through to operational leaders).
- Oversee merchandise strategy, including supplier management, procurement, and distribution.
The base salary for this position is $92,286 - $99,294 per annum + super + salary packaging options up to $15.9k per annum. This position is full-time, ongoing and can be based from any of our KAA offices nationally!
About you To be successful in this role, you will come with demonstrated industry experience in Marketing and an understanding of tracking, optimization and reporting on campaigns and activity.
You will also come with experience in Facebook Business Manager and creative suites such as Adobe Creative Cloud and Canva.
We are also looking for:
- A tertiary level qualification in Business, Marketing, PR or Communications.
- Advanced copywriting skills for online and offline platforms.
- Strong project management, presentation and communication skills.
- Experience with influencing and successfully collaborating with multiple stakeholders.
- Tenacious, diligent and resilient with the ability to adopt a creative approach to problem solving in a fast-paced environment.
