About the role:

Interlace Studies is a migration and education consultancy, and we're growing our sales team. We're hiring a Migration Sales Assistant in both our Adelaide and Sydney branches. You'll be the first point of contact for people starting their migration and study journey — handling enquiries, guiding clients through their options, and helping convert interest into enrolments.

What you'll do:

- Respond to client enquiries across phone, email and walk-ins
- Guide prospective clients through our services and next steps
- Follow up on leads and help move them toward a decision




- Keep client records and updates accurate
- Work with the wider team to hit branch targets

What we're looking for:

- At least 2 years of experience in a consultancy setting
- Confident, explicit communicator who's comfortable with clients
- Organised and able to manage multiple enquiries at once
- A genuine interest in helping people
