About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Production Operator to join our team and contribute to our manufacturing operations at Ridley AgriProducts in Pakenham. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating production equipment, monitoring quality control measures, and ensuring the efficient and safe production of goods. This position requires attention to detail, a strong work ethic and a commitment to upholding our company values.

What You will be Doing

- Operate and monitor mill production equipment in accordance with standard operating procedures.
- Assist in producing high-quality products that meet customer specifications.
- Monitor production processes and report any quality or equipment issues.
- Maintain a clean, safe and organised work area.
- Follow workplace health, safety, environmental and quality procedures.
- Work collaboratively with the production team to achieve daily production targets.




- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.

About You You enjoy hands-on work, have a positive attitude and are committed to working safely.

- A willingness to learn and follow instructions.
- A strong commitment to safety.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- A reliable work ethic and attention to detail.
- The ability to work in a physically active environment is important.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends if required.
- Previous manufacturing or production experience (preferred but not essential).
- A current Forklift Licence
