Role Description This is a full-time Mobile Physio role based in Castle Hill, NSW with a hybrid work arrangement, combining in-home visits with some work from home for administration and telehealth tasks. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting comprehensive physiotherapy assessments, designing and delivering individualized exercise-based treatment plans, and monitoring progress to ensure safe and effective outcomes.
The Mobile
Physio will provide 1:1 consultations to elderly clients and NDIS participants, focusing on functional mobility, falls prevention, and rehabilitation. The role also involves documenting clinical notes, preparing reports, communicating with carers, family members, and support coordinators,
and contributing to multidisciplinary care plans.

Physio is expected to maintain high professional standards, uphold ethical practice, and participate in ongoing professional development.
Qualifications
- Recognized degree in Physiotherapy and current registration (or eligibility for registration) with the appropriate professional body.
- Experience or solid interest in working with elderly clients and NDIS participants in community or home-based settings.
- Demonstrated skills in functional assessments, exercise prescription, and rehabilitation for mobility, strength, and balance.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to build rapport and work collaboratively with clients, families, and support teams.
- Solid documentation and time-management skills for accurate clinical notes, report writing, and effective caseload management.
- Ability to work autonomously in the community, adapt to different home environments, and use digital systems for scheduling and record-keeping.
- Commitment to client-centred care, evidence-based practice, and ongoing professional learning.
- Valid driver’s licence and reliable vehicle for client visits in the Castle Hill and surrounding areas.
