As Motel
Manager, you will have overall responsibility for the successful operation of the property.
Key responsibilities
- Ensure outstanding guest satisfaction and service standards
- Drive strong financial and occupancy performance
- Lead and develop staff effectively
- Maintain high standards of presentation, housekeeping and maintenance
- Manage administration, reporting and cost control
- Build positive relationships with guests, suppliers and industry partners
- Drive operational excellence and identify opportunities for growth
- Contribute to the ongoing success of the business
About you
- Experience managing a motel, hotel or accommodation business
- Strong leadership and team management capability
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Financial management and budgeting experience
- Experience with accommodation booking systems and property management platforms
- A proactive and solutions-focused approach
- The ability to work independently and take ownership of business outcomes
