About the role

We are seeking a Multi-drop Delivery Van Driver to join the team at Pronto Packaging (QLD) Pty Ltd. This is a casual position based in Eagle Farm, QLD 4009. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering packages and goods to multiple locations throughout the Greater Brisbane area and surrounding regions.

You will be the face of our company, ensuring that every delivery is completed professionally, safely, and on time. This position is integral to our operations, as you will directly contribute to customer satisfaction and the efficient distribution of our products.

Key responsibilities

- Operate a delivery van safely and efficiently, adhering to all road rules and company safety protocols
- Plan and execute multi-drop delivery routes to various customer locations throughout the designated service area
- Load and unload packages and goods from the delivery van with care and efficiency
- Obtain customer signatures and collect payment where applicable
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including delivery notes and customer feedback
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and management regarding delivery progress and any issues encountered
- Perform routine vehicle checks and report any maintenance or mechanical issues promptly
- Maintain a professional appearance and demeanour when interacting with customers
- Handle special requests and resolve delivery-related queries with professionalism and courtesy
- Ensure all packages are delivered to the correct locations and in good condition

What we're looking for

- A current, valid Australian driver's licence with a clean driving record , over 21 years of age for insurance purposes.
- Proven experience in multi-drop delivery or similar van driving roles
- Strong knowledge of road safety regulations and best practices in vehicle operation
- Excellent navigation skills and the ability to plan productive delivery routes




- Physical fitness and the ability to lift and carry packages weighing up to 20 kg regularly
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate professionally and courteously
- Reliability and punctuality, with the ability to meet tight delivery schedules
- The ability to work independently whilst maintaining communication with the dispatch team
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and handling unexpected situations
- Familiarity with the Brisbane area and surrounding regions is advantageous
- Experience with delivery management systems or GPS technology is preferred
- Australian residency or citenzenship required, no sponsorship or temporary resident candidates need apply .
