Vittoria Food & Beverage is entering an exciting phase of growth in grocery, with current categories, new opportunities and strong momentum across our portfolio. We’re looking for an accomplished National Business Manager to lead and grow key national retail partnerships and turn ambitious plans into outstanding commercial results.

This is a highly visible leadership role with genuine ownership. You’ll shape customer strategy, lead major negotiations, manage the P&L; and bring sales, marketing, category, finance and operations together behind a clear growth agenda. The scope of customer responsibility may evolve as the business grows, giving the right person broad exposure and the opportunity to make a lasting impact.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute long-term customer and channel strategies that grow our grocery business.
- Own the commercial plan and full P&L;, balancing sales growth, margin, volume and trade investment.
- Lead major range reviews, customer presentations, joint business planning and commercial negotiations.
- Build deep customer and category insight, creating compelling growth plans grounded in data and shopper needs.
- Strengthen relationships and influence across multiple levels and functions within our retail partners.
- Drive ranging,



distribution, promotional effectiveness and in-store execution across the VFB portfolio.
- Lead and develop a high-performing account team with clear priorities, accountability and energy.
- Align internal teams across Sales, Marketing, Category, Supply, Demand, Production and Finance to deliver the plan.
- Anticipate issues, resolve challenges quickly and identify new opportunities for mutual growth.

About You:

- Significant senior sales and account management experience within FMCG.
- Proven experience partnering with major Australian grocery retailers at a senior level.
- Strong commercial and financial acumen, including ownership of complex customer P&Ls.;
- A track record of growing accounts, influencing stakeholders and closing high-value agreements.
- Confident negotiation and issue-resolution skills, with the judgement to create sustainable outcomes.
- Demonstrated leadership capability and a genuine passion for building effective teams.
- Outstanding communication, presentation and influencing skills.
- An entrepreneurial mindset, strong work ethic and positive, solutions-focused approach.
- Established relationships across the FMCG and grocery sector will be highly regarded.
