Novated Leasing Consultant — Pay@bility

Pay@bility helps Australian employees package vehicles and running costs through novated leasing. We’re looking for a Novated Leasing Consultant to grow our pipeline, guide employees through quotes and approvals, and deliver a clear, trusted experience from first enquiry to signed lease.

The role

- Own vehicle quotation enquiries end-to-end (qualify, quote, follow up, close)
- Explain novated leasing, running costs, FBT, and savings in plain language
- Work quotes through our Pay@bility systems and partner financiers (including EquiLease / Lendability where applicable)
- Coordinate paperwork and e-sign (DocuSign), payroll advice, and employer/employee handoffs
- Keep the pipeline moving — chase open quotes, prioritise real savings opportunities, and hand WA novated work to the right broker
- Build relationships with employees, HR contacts, and brokers




- Hit activity and conversion targets in a sales-led consulting role

About you

- Experience in novated leasing, salary packaging, automotive finance, or B2C financial sales (strongly preferred)
- Confident on the phone and in writing — clear, qualified, no jargon overload
- Comfortable with CRM / quoting systems, Microsoft 365, and DocuSign
- Organised, follow-through focused, and good at juggling multiple live quotes
- Based in Australia; hybrid options available (Docklands, VIC base)
