Key Responsibilities
- Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on Robinson helicopters.
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues.
- Perform 12 year / 2200-hour overhauls.
- Maintain detailed records of all maintenance activities, adhering to regulatory and company standards.
- Collaborate with the flight school team to manage aircraft availability and reliability.
- Stay updated with the latest Robinson maintenance procedures and industry regulations.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience: Proven experience in helicopter maintenance, with a robust focus on Robinson aircraft. Experience on Turbine aircraft (AS350) is desirable.
- Qualifications: Ideally a LAME qualification or at least working towards one.
- Skills: Exceptional problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Attitude: A proactive approach, team-oriented mindset, and a passion for aviation safety.
- Flexibility: Willingness to adapt and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Work Eligibility: Must be an Australian citizen or permanent resident.
- Commencement: Early 2026
