Job Description

ACCIONA is planning for a number of upcoming project opportunities across regional Western Australia and is seeking to build capability ahead of anticipated work programs. We are interested in speaking with Civil Superintendent candidates who are open to a 2/1 roster and looking to contribute to large-scale civil and infrastructure projects as opportunities progress.

About the Opportunity

ACCIONA is seeking Expressions of Interest from a Superintendent to join an upcoming infrastructure project in regional WA. Reporting to the Construction Manager, you will lead day-to-day site operations, direct supervisors and crews, and ensure works are delivered safely, on program and to specification. You will work closely with engineering, commercial and quality teams to drive strong project outcomes. This is your chance to take on a genuine leadership role on a major regional project ahead of mobilisation, working a 2/1 roster.

Key Accountabilities

- Lead day-to-day site operations and delivery
- Drive a strong safety, quality and environmental culture




- Direct and coordinate supervisors, crews and subcontractors
- Monitor progress against program and drive productivity
- Manage plant, equipment and site resourcing
- Resolve site issues and coordinate with engineering teams
- Mentor and develop supervisors and site staff

Required Skills and Competencies

- Trade or technical background in civil construction
- Experience as a Superintendent on major projects
- Solid leadership and people management skills
- Sound understanding of safety, quality and program principles
- Willingness to work a 2/1 roster
