- Rotating 8 and 12-hour shifts
- Maximum 80 hours per fortnight

About the Role
You will work across emergency, acute and inpatient services within a small rural hospital, providing high-quality care to the local community and surrounding region.
This role requires confident clinicians who can work autonomously,
manage competing priorities and lead shifts when required.
Essential Experience
- Rural nursing experience
- Emergency nursing experience
- Triage and resuscitation experience
- Ability to work autonomously
- Team leadership and ward management experience
Highly Regarded
- Experience using Queensland ieMR
- FirstNet, PowerChart or HBCIS experience
- Previous Queensland Health or rural hospital experience
Mandatory Requirements
- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
- Advanced Life Support (ALS)
- Basic Life Support (BLS)
- Emergency Triage Education Kit (ETEK)
- Current mandatory nursing competencies
