What you’ll be doing:

- Connecting with customers and sales—handling calls, emails, and all sorts of order requests with confidence
- Keeping our systems up to date (don’t worry,



we’ll guide you through it)
- Following up on deliveries and ensuring customers are always kept in the loop
- Collaborating with warehouse, sales, and finance teams to keep everything running smoothly
- Spotting any issues and promptly letting the right people know
