An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Sales Consultant to join the business and play a key role in growing its presence within the Mandarin-speaking and Chinese market.
Based in Melbourne’s Eastern suburbs, this is a relationship-driven sales role suited to someone who understands residential construction and has an established network with strong connections within the Chinese community.
About the Role
Reporting to the Sales Manager, you will work closely with prospective clients throughout the sales journey, from initial enquiry through to contract. You will be responsible for building relationships, presenting the builder's offering and identifying recent business opportunities through your existing network and market connections.
The role will involve a combination of display home, office and client-based activity, including weekend display home attendance.
The Successful Candidate
- Proven sales experience within residential construction,
custom or volume building
- Mandarin speaking with strong written and verbal communication skills
- Established connections and networks within the Chinese/Mandarin-speaking market
- Strong understanding of the Melbourne residential property or building market
- Professional, polished and confident when dealing with high-net-worth clients
- A natural relationship builder with a robust commercial mindset
- Motivated, driven and capable of generating your own opportunities
