- Proven agency recruitment experience - someone who wants to be rewarded for the effort they put in
- Experience working within the industries of Architecture, Engineering, Construction, or Government (highly desirable, but not essential)
- A genuine passion for recruitment and a strong drive to hit and exceed targets - you will be set up for success not failure
- Confident communication skills, written and verbal
- The ability to work autonomously while showing up for the team around you
- The ambition to build a reputation and a successful career, not just fill roles

THE ROLE.

You will work closely alongside one of our highly respected Division Managers, gaining exposure to a thriving,



well-established desk while playing a key role in its continued growth. You will be equipped with the tools, support, and autonomy to own your results. This is not a passive position. You will:

- Manage and grow candidate and client portfolios
- Drive business development initiatives with purpose and pace
- Attend and lead candidate and client meetings
- Interview, assess, and shortlist high-quality candidates
- Negotiate offers and manage the end-to-end recruitment process
- Finalise placements and deliver exceptional outcomes
- Mentor and support junior consultants as you grow
