MAAP is looking for an Operations Coordinator to join our global Operations team at our Port Melbourne HQ.
Working closely with our Operations & Logistics Manager, you’ll help keep product moving smoothly across MAAP’s global network - from inbound shipments and inventory management through to 3PL performance and customer fulfilment. You’ll work across Production, Planning, E-commerce, Wholesale, Retail, Customer Service, Finance and Tech, as well as with our external logistics and warehouse partners.
This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys the operational rhythm of a growing global business, is strong on detail and process, and knows how to keep things moving when priorities shift.
What you’ll do
You’ll be responsible for a broad mix of operational activity, including:
- Coordinating inbound shipments and maintaining accurate product and SKU data across our WMS and ERP
- Tracking shipments, inventory movements and product availability
- Acting as a key day-to-day contact for our global 3PL partners
- Monitoring 3PL performance, including SLAs, inventory accuracy and processing times
- Maintaining accurate inventory records and managing stock adjustments, transfers and reverse logistics
- Working with our warehouse partners to ensure customer, wholesale and retail orders are fulfilled on time
- Investigating delays, inventory discrepancies and system issues, escalating where required
- Supporting stocktakes, cycle counts, month-end reporting and inventory audits
- Maintaining regular operational and 3PL reporting.
What we’re looking for
You’re organised, commercially minded and comfortable taking ownership. You enjoy solving problems, working across multiple stakeholders and getting the detail right without losing sight of the bigger picture.
Ideally, you’ll bring:
- 3–5 years’ experience across operations, inventory management, stock control, logistics, warehousing or 3PL management
- Experience working with multiple suppliers, warehouses or logistics partners, ideally within a global business
- Exposure to omnichannel distribution across e-commerce, wholesale and retail
- Experience using ERP and WMS platforms — NetSuite experience would be highly regarded
- Robust analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent organisation and attention to detail
- Confidence communicating with internal teams and external partners
- A proactive approach — you’re comfortable taking initiative rather than waiting for the next task
- The ability to work at pace and adapt as priorities evolve.
An interest in cycling, fashion or apparel is a bonus, but it’s not essential.
