About The Role

Supporting a busy and dynamic team, you will provide coordination and administrative support across a broad range of Organisational Development activities. This includes assisting leaders and team members with planning and scheduling, procurement and invoicing, travel arrangements, reporting, government financial incentive reimbursements, stakeholder coordination, event management and the preparation of business documentation.

What The Role Will Involve

- In collaboration with the Business Unit Coordinator,



provide proactive coordination and administrative support across the Organisational Development team.
- Support the team with diary management, meeting coordination, travel arrangements and day-to-day administrative activities.
- Raise and manage purchase orders, invoices and procurement activities in accordance with business processes.
- Coordinate information and respond to enquiries from a broad range of internal and external stakeholders.
- Track and claim government incentive payments and rebates within agreed time frames, working with providers to identify new opportunities for funding and support.
- Support the planning and delivery of workshops, events and team activities.
- Contribute to efficient team operations by identifying opportunities to improve administrative processes and ways of working.

Key Skills And Experience

- Demonstrated administrative and coordination experience providing operational support across a diverse range of activities.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently, collaborate with others, and contribute to team outcomes.
- Demonstrated planning and organisational skills, with attention to detail.
- Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.
- Communication and stakeholder engagement skills,



with the ability to build effective relationships and respond to stakeholder needs.
