? THE ROLE

We are seeking a motivated Organizational Development Director at Junior / Entry-Level level to support initiatives focused on employee development, organizational effectiveness, workplace culture, and talent growth. ? KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

✔️ Assist with organizational development initiatives and projects

✔️ Support employee engagement and workplace culture programs

✔️ Support employee feedback and organizational improvement programs

✔️ Collect and organize people-related data and insights

✔️ Assist with HR and organizational development reporting

✔️ Support internal communication and change initiatives

✔️ Prepare presentations, reports, and project materials

✔️ Contribute ideas that improve employee experience and organizational effectiveness

? REQUIREMENTS

? Interest in organizational development, HR, people strategy, or business

? Strong communication and interpersonal skills

? Analytical and problem-solving abilities

? Good organizational and project coordination skills

? Strong attention to detail

? Comfortable working with documents, spreadsheets, and presentations

? Ability to work collaboratively with different teams

? Positive attitude and willingness to learn

? Ability to manage multiple priorities

? Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Psychology, Management, or a related field is preferred
