About the Role





Reporting to the Head of People & Culture, you will provide both strategic and operational People & Culture support with a strong focus on employee relations. You will act as a trusted advisor to leaders while supporting workforce planning, employee relations, performance management, recruitment, compliance, and organisational change initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

- Hands-on business partnering
- Employee relations and case management
- Employee engagement
- Performance, culture and capability development
- Workforce governance and compliance

About You

- HR Business Partner, P&C; Business Partner or Senior HR Advisor experience
- Robust employee relations expertise and interest mandatory
- Demonstrated experience in Fair Work legislation and SCHADS/Nurses award
- Excellent stakeholder engagement skills
- Solutions-focused and proactive approach
- Ability to work in a fast pace agile environment with full autonomy
