We’re looking for an experienced Agile Project Manager to join a key initiative with our customer on an initial three-month contract. You’ll take ownership of the project’s delivery rhythm, ensuring the team remains aligned, priorities are clear, and work progresses effectively through established Agile ceremonies and cadences.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the day-to-day delivery of the project using Agile ways of working.
- Establish and maintain effective delivery cadences across the project.
- Work closely with product owners, technical teams and business stakeholders.
- Track project progress, dependencies, risks, issues and key deliverables.
- Remove delivery blockers and drive actions through to completion.
- Provide clear and regular reporting to stakeholders.
- Support continuous improvement across the team’s delivery practices.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience as a Project Manager, Agile Delivery Manager or Scrum Master.
- Strong experience running Agile ceremonies within technology or transformation projects.
- A practical understanding of Scrum, Kanban and broader Agile delivery principles.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Confidence working across technical and business teams.
- Robust organisation, facilitation and delivery-management capability.
- Availability - To Start within the next 2 weeks.
