Role Description The Practice Manager is responsible for the day-to-day management of the clinic, ensuring smooth operations and a positive experience for patients and practitioners. This full-time, on-site role in Brisbane, QLD includes overseeing reception and administrative workflows, coordinating clinical schedules, and managing patient bookings and enquiries.
The Practice
Manager will supervise and support administrative staff, manage practice policies and procedures, and ensure regulatory, privacy, and safety standards are met. The role also involves overseeing billing and invoicing processes, assisting with financial reporting,
and supporting business development initiatives.

Manager will collaborate closely with healthcare professionals to maintain a cohesive, efficient, and patient-focused environment.
Qualifications
- Experience in healthcare or medical practice management, including day-to-day operations and staff coordination.
- Strong administrative and organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage competing demands.
- Proficiency with practice management software, electronic health records, and general IT systems.
- Sound understanding of healthcare compliance, privacy, and workplace health and safety requirements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with patients, practitioners, and support staff.
- Skills in handling billing, invoicing, and basic financial administration within a clinical setting.
- Ability to lead and support a multidisciplinary team, fostering collaboration and a patient-centred culture.
- Previous experience in a primary care, allied health, or medical specialist environment is highly regarded.
- Relevant qualifications in practice management, business administration, or health services management are desirable.
