About the Role

As our Practice Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind the seamless operation of our well-established 4 chair Toowoomba practice. This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll partner with the clinical team and the Practice Development Manager to ensure our practice runs smoothly and patients receive top-tier care. You’ll thrive in an environment that values initiative, resourcefulness, and high-quality standards, empowering both the clinical and administrative teams to achieve greatness.





This is a full-time maternity leave cover position commencing in October 2026 through to January 2027. For the right candidate, there may be an opportunity to continue in an ongoing 2IC (Second-in-Charge) role following the contract.

What You’ll Bring

- Experience leading a growing dental practice (ideally 2+ years) and proven success in dental assisting and reception roles.
- Team leadership skills to inspire and motivate a diverse, high-performing group.
- A strong foundation in sales, business development, marketing, and customer service.
- A natural ability to troubleshoot, prioritise, and multitask with a positive and proactive mindset.
- You’re an innovator, a problem-solver, and a confident communicator who knows how to build and nurture relationships.
